CPS has alleviated the stress of our Customer Returns Process!

Clear Process Solutions has made great strides in streamlining product returns. We’ve built automated forms and workflow processes to help govern the Customer Returns Process. A few examples of rules that CPS suggests implementing are:

  • Identifying duplicate returns automatically
  • Flagging expensive returns to be reviewed by a supervisor and routing the request to that person
  • Only allowing customers to return a predetermined amount of merchandise each year
  • Enable notifications for multiple people when a return is made, from the sales rep to the customer
  • Allowing returns under a dollar value and /or within a tolerance by customer to post to SAP automatically, freeing up rep time
