SAP Business Analyst Workflow Developer

Location: United States, Remote within U.S.

Collaboratively work with CPS Process Architects to learn best practices, design and development approaches in translating business process improvement requirements into webforms and workflow solutions that reduce paper and reduce costs for our customers.  

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in scoping and process mapping design sessions
  • Apply analysis and programming skillsets to webform, workflow development and adjacent imaging and BI or dashboard automation work-streams
  • Assist with level 1 support in CPS ticketing system
  • Interact with our software vendor when product support is required
  • Efficiently utilize our operations platform for transparency in work tasks, effort expended, communication with clients and collaboration across project teams
  • Develop or assist with artifacts such as action plans, meeting notes, process improvement plans, function or technical requirements, project schedules, and workflows
  • Communicate with senior leadership, technical staff, management, subject matter experts to ensure optimal project success
  • Be empathetic and centered around a rich customer experience, be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and thrive on being a self-starter

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or other hard science from an accredited college/university
  • Knowledge of SAP data structures such as Material, Vendor, or Customer Master Data
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Processes such as Procure to Pay or Order to Cash
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio applications
  • Solid understanding of business/functional requirements analysis and verification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients, technical staff, management, subject matter experts, and supporting team members

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using SharePoint as a power user or developer
  • Workflow experience with SAP MDG, PLM, Nintex, K2, Microsoft Certified [MCSE, MCSM, MCTS, MCPD, MCM, MCIPT, or MCP}, Certifications: such as PMP, Six Sigma, Lean
  • Reporting experience with tools such as Qlik, Business Objects (SAP), or Power BI
